So where do I buy cloudDVDs?
cloudDVDs can be purchased two ways. The first way is to visit our cloudDVD Store and buy the titles that fit your training needs. The second way is to contact our sales team by emailing sales@retrieve.com or calling 603-428-8528.
Now that I have purchased a cloudDVD, where does it end up?
The cloudDVD that you have purchased is automatically placed in your own personal Digital cloudDVD Library where it can be accessed anytime, day or night.
Great, so how do I access my Digital Library?
Your Digital Library can be accessed from any computer, smartphone, or tablet that is connected to the internet. The use of cloud technology allows you to easily access your Digital Library from anywhere that has an internet connection. Just follow this link: Digital Library
Okay, and for how long do I have access to the cloudDVDs I buy?
You have access to your cloudDVDs for one to three years, under normal usage conditions.
Normal usage conditions, what does that mean?
Normal usage conditions mean that for every minute of video in the cloudDVD, you get three minutes of viewing time. This includes unlimited navigation of the table of contents, index, and searches within the cloudDVD. This is in place to ensure that login information and user accounts are not shared. A user account is intended to be used by a single individual.
Can the company I work for buy cloudDVDs for me and my colleagues?
