David C. Arnold is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Retrieve Technologies. In 1985 Dave founded Softdesk, Inc., which, under his leadership, grew into the world's largest developer of PC-based AEC software. Softdesk went public in 1994 and was acquired by Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) in 1997. Following the acquisition, Dave served as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the Autodesk AEC Market Group.
In 1999, Dave founded the Henniker River Group and served on the board of several highly successful start-ups, including RealWorld Corporation (Manchester, New Hampshire), which was acquired by Great Plains (NASDAQ: GPSI) in January, 2000, and 2order.com... (Atlanta, Georgia), which was acquired by Primus (NASDAQ: PKSI) in January, 2000.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New England College and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of New Hampshire. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of New Hampshire, and in 1995, Dave was the recipient of the New Hampshire High Technology Council's Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Christina L. Rowen is a seasoned sales veteran with over 20 years technical sales and sales management experience. Christina started her career in Silicon Valley working for a national telecom company. She played a critical role in the success of two dynamic Bay Area software sales organizations; Vertex Design Systems, and ASG. She relocated to the East Coast to join Softdesk’s sales management team where she helped the company go public. When Autodesk acquired Softdesk and she earned the role of National Partner Manager.
As Senior Director of Sales for Retrieve Technologies, Christina is responsible for developing the direct and channel sales strategy for the company. Christina resides in Bedford, New Hampshire with her husband and their two children.
Ben Swainbank has been a leader in software and technology for over 17 years. He has been involved as an engineer, technical lead, systems architect, software designer, and instructor working in the health care, web services analytics, and e-commerce industries. Prior to coming to Retrieve, Ben played critical roles in software development at the Codman Research Group, efavorites, Copyright Clearance Center, Swingtide and as an independent consultant.
As the Director of Technology at Retrieve, Ben is the lead designer and architect of the Retrieve applications, systems, and on-line service offerings. He manages Retrieve’s development, systems administration, technical support, and quality assurance teams, and plays an active role in product development and implementation.
Most of Ben’s career has been spent working in, and around, Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where he lives with his wife Christine and their two sons.
John S. Katsigianis has practiced law since his undergraduate and law degree years. As an avid outdoorsman, John started his own publishing company in 1999 producing fly fishing and hunting magazines. In 2003, he built hobby into a business. In 2007 he sold the publishing business. He re-invented himself again into the technology industry.
As Director of Licensing for Retrieve Technologies, John negotiates and manages license agreements for the company’s content creators, resellers and enterprise agreements. His department protects the intellectual property of the company.
John lives in Amherst, New Hampshire with his wife Janine and their four children. Among his many interests are World War II, the Civil War, ancient Greece, wildlife photography and anything outdoors. If he’s not in the office, he’s in a nearby stream fly fishing.
Oscar F. Wall was born in Stockholm, Sweden and educated at the Royal Institute of Technology (Stockholm, Sweden) and New England College (New Hampshire).
Oscar helped build and develop the Retrieve Technologies product suite and design the cloud based software architecture. As Director of Operations now, Oscar plans, organizes and controls the activities of the company, including content creation, product management, order management, service and internal control compliance.
Prior to joining Retrieve Technologies, Oscar was a regional All-American college soccer player and represented Sweden at the European Union Youth Council Meeting in Luxemburg City, Luxemburg.
Millie Donovan is an accountant and former consultant with a private consulting firm in Boston.
As Director of Finance, Millie manages the accounting and finance department.
